No driving, no parking, no waiting room. I bring a complete professional setup to your home — table, linens, oils, towels and all equipment — and take everything away afterwards.
A few simple preparations make your treatment safer and more effective.
Have a light meal 1–2 hours before your session — never arrive on an empty stomach. Both deep massage and acupuncture on an empty stomach can cause dizziness or faintness.
Please disclose pregnancy, blood thinners, clotting disorders and cardiovascular conditions. Deep-tissue work is modified or avoided where circulation or bruising is a risk — your safety comes first.
Drink warm water, enjoy a warm shower, and keep warm — avoid cold drafts. Rest for the remainder of the day: no strenuous exercise and no alcohol.
My practice is grounded in traditional Chinese medicine: meridian theory (循经), a holistic view of the body (整体观), and treating both root and branch (标本兼治) — addressing not just symptoms, but their underlying patterns.
These tips are general health information, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician — and always tell me about it before treatment.
